Contractual Claims
We support our clients in submitting or defending claims :

Provide claims advisory support as required by the Client and their legal team.

Review of the claims submitted – design, time or commercial claims. Including but not limited to verifying substantiation and evidentiary proof and advising on entitlement to make claims.

Review relevant documentation compiled by the project team

Review communication and approval procedures

Provide advice on a fair assessment of the claims, for the client to consider settlement talks with the contractor
