Project manage and deliver annual sustainability reporting projects for clients in compliance with international standards, guidelines, and frameworks (including but not limited to LEED, WELL, BERDE).

Oversee sustainability report development, ensuring alignment with company guidelines, trends, stakeholder input & concerns and corporate strategy & directions.

Support clients to identify and articulate case studies, collect accurate data, and ensure quality and timeliness of client input.

Serve as the central point of contact between our Sustainability service line and clients.

Prepare briefing material, presentations, and reports for clients.

Identify and support opportunities to communicate client case studies externally via various channels and materials.

Stay up to date of emerging trends and best practices.

Track and analyse trends in Sustainability and in clients’ industries.

Perform benchmarking activities for internal and external stakeholders.

Update internal documents, databases, factsheets, guidelines, FAQs.

Preparation of presentations for webinars, meetings and reports and assist in writing submission documents for technical proposals.

Maintain all relevant certification and qualifications to carry out your duties, these include but are not limited to; WELL, BERDE, LEED.

Conducts field inspections to determine compliance with approved plans, specifications, project programme, cost, and established quality control standards.

Ensures clear communication channels and coordinate information to all members of the project team.

Provides support to the Project and Commercial Management teams.
